Moving without moving,
she was still.
And even still, roaming around on a journey of thought.
Recognizing that changes in her thinking could bring more room to grow than a new address ever could.
Expanding the reach of her influence beyond four-walled barriers,
reaching into generations through the eyes of her children.
She hadn’t changed where she lived,
but changed what she allowed herself to see there.
Leaving breadcrumb treasures along the way
until she got to the point that where she was, was no longer evidence of how far she’d come,
or how far she could go.
When even a simple smile possessed the power to ripple through and touch lives that she would never see.
