Changed

Moving without moving,

she was still.

And even still, roaming around on a journey of thought.

Recognizing that changes in her thinking could bring more room to grow than a new address ever could.

Expanding the reach of her influence beyond four-walled barriers,

reaching into generations through the eyes of her children.

She hadn’t changed where she lived,

but changed what she allowed herself to see there.

Leaving breadcrumb Β treasures along the way

until she got to the point that where she Β was, was no longer evidence of how far she’d come,

or how far she could go.

When even a simple smile possessed the power to ripple through and touch lives that she would never see.
