Impressions left

easter 2012 033

I’ve found that words don’t have to be perfect.

When they’re really honest – purely honest – gently honest, it hits at the heart like a bull’s-eye.

It’s something you sense in your gut.

So speak from your heart.

Act from your heart.

Live from your heart.

Listen from your heart.

You won’t have to worry about the impression that you left,

Because the impression that you left was your heart.

  1. You are most welcome; but it is I thanking you, what you say and how you say it, have impact. I believe when we see great things about people, they should know our thoughts. Blessings on your day.

  2. Lovely friend. (Warm smiles) Your article is spot on. Too many wear masks, just for approval…

  3. Completely agree with Laurie. This was a very good piece for me to read since many times I find my writing and especially my talking, gets a bit wordy. Ha. Thanks so much for this and for checking out my blog. Your words are excellent and express a simple elegance. Be well and looking forward to your coming work.

  4. You’re very welcome. I like your ideas about starting the blog with the big move to Philly. Very awesome. Never been, but hope to learn more through your writing.
