There is a method of dieting where instead of cutting out foods during the day, you add in all of the good or healthy choices that you can.

Naturally, over time, you’ll be so full with the good that you won’t be able to stomach the bad.

What if we brought this concept into our soul’s food?

Filling our minds, hearts, friends, surroundings with so much light that the negative thoughts that creep us won’t find a place within us – because there’s simply no room.

So, find a song.

Find a friend.

Read a poem.

Take a walk.

Find some joy and add it on!
