Anxiety flare ups are the worst! Sometimes they’re triggered, and sometimes it’s like they come out of nowhere.
Why is it that anxious feelings can seem so strong in a moment but virtually disappear if a large enough distraction comes?
The biggest anxiety attack ever is no match to my children if they are hurt, or scared, or if they just need me. Which helps me realize that anxiety is totally conquerable!
We are so much stronger than we think. Let’s try to tap into that “mama” strength, or “friend” strength, or whatever strengths that surprise even us at times.
